Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to close the property at a sale price of $1,618,343. The broker of record for the transaction was LLD Enterprises, LLC.

The Vitamin Shoppe fully occupies the 4,329-square foot property located along Niagara Falls Boulevard in Tonawanda.  The Vitamin Shoppe recently exercised their first of two 5-year options which included a 10% rental increase that began in January 2017. The property is strategically located at a signalized intersection with great visibility along one of the primary retail corridors traveling through the city which boasts daily traffic counts in excess of 32,900 vehicles per day.
