April 2016 – Brian Ahrens and Matt Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay, have successfully procured the buyer to complete the sale of 700 Main Street in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Brian worked exclusively with the local 1031 exchange buyer to fulfill his exchange requirement. The property closed at a sale price of $1,600,000.

Located in downtown Hyannis on desirable Main Street, also known as “Cape Cod’s Downtown”, 700 Main is a retail/office building in a prime location near the West-end rotary. The first floor retail suites include the newly renovated Bistro de Soleil restaurant and Salon 700 & Day Spa. A new 60 month lease was signed by the U.S. Government, who will occupy the second floor office suites. The property offers ample parking for customers, excellent curb appeal and a highly sought after Main Street address. Main Street forms the heart of downtown Hyannis, with access to Hyannis Harbor, downtown shops and is located within minutes of some of the Cape’s finest beaches, and numerous historic landmarks.  Hyannis also boasts a world-famous harbor and an airport, which makes it a primary transportation hub for the rest of Cape Cod along with the islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.
