September 30, 2016 – Horvath & Tremblay have successfully brokered the sale of Duxbury Marketplace in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Wayne Clough, managing director, of Fantini & Gorga, assisted in completing the sale as Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller and procured the buyers for each property. Duxbury Marketplace closed at a sale price of $4.8 million.

Duxbury Marketplace, located on Depot Street in Duxbury is a charming, generational asset consisting of five separate buildings, situated on three acres of land.
