KFC is located at the epicenter of the retail corridor in Rossford with numerous national retail tenants including: Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Kroger, Target, CVS, Walgreens, PetSmart and many others. The property is strategically positioned with high visibility to traffic counts in excess of 30,000 vehicles per day along Fremont Pike.
