Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction to close the property at a sale price of $3,545,000.

ConvenientMD and St Joseph Family Medical Center occupy two single-tenant, net leased medical office building located at 2 and 4 Dobson Way in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The two stand-alone buildings are located on separate tax parcels and were constructed in 2015. 2 Dobson Way contains 5,145 square feet and is leased to ConvenientMD through May 2025. 4 Dobson Way contains 4,200 square feet and is fully leased to St. Joseph Family Medical Center through December 2025.
