Both CVS properties have over 9 years remaining on the original term of the lease with ten, 5-year renewal options. The leases are structured as triple net with zero landlord responsibilities. The CVS stores are strategically positioned on corner locations at major signalized intersections with exposure to high traffic counts along major retail corridors.
