March 25, 2019 – Chris King of Horvath & Tremblay has successfully completed the sale of a free-standing Goodwill in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Horvath & Tremblay represented the 1031 exchange buyer to close the sale a price of $1,356,777.
Goodwill recently signed a brand new 10-year double net lease with three, 5-year option periods. Goodwill fully occupies the 10,665-square foot former Rite Aid building. A complete renovation to the building was completed in 2019. The Property is positioned on hard corner 1.5-acre parcel which experiences traffic counts in excess of 37,000 vehicles per day.
