MyEyeDr. operates under a double net lease with over 7 years of lease term remaining with annual rental escalations scheduled throughout the remaining lease term. The lease is fully guaranteed by the corporate parent of the MyEyeDr. brand, Capital Vision Services. This is a well-established optometry office as MyEyeDr., and the predecessor optometry office, has been in occupancy at the Property since 1998.
