May 6, 2019 – Luke Thomson of Horvath & Tremblay has successfully completed the sale of four Taco Bell location in Arizona and Missouri. Horvath & Tremblay procured the 1031 exchange buyer to close the transaction at a sale price of $6,836,000.
The four Taco Bells are located in Nashville, AR, Springdale, AR, Farmington, MO and Waynesville, MO. Each location is newly constructed and operates under a new 25-year triple net lease with four, 5-year option periods. Annual rental escalations are scheduled throughout the lease term and each year of the option periods. Taco Bell is operated by K-Mac Taco Bell, one of the top franchisee’s nationwide with over 295 locations.
