Chili’s and Barnes & Noble occupy two free standing buildings along Route 31 in Clay. The Properties are outparcels to a larger retail center tenanted by Raymour Flanigan Furniture and Burlington. Additional national tenants drawing consumers to the busy retail corridor include: Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, LongHorn Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, ALDI, Red Lobster, Burger King, Applebee’s, Hampton Inn, Wegmans, Lowe’s and Hobby Lobby.
