The 11,400-square foot property is 100% leased to national tenants including: Dollar General, Check-N-Go and GameStop which all operate under triple net lease agreements. National tenants drawing consumers to the area include: Home Depot, Publix, O’Reilly Auto Parts, NAPA, Sonic and Jack in the Box.
