Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $13,000,000.

Marshalls/HomeGoods Plaza is located along on Silas Deane Highway (Route 99) and includes 75,893 square feet of gross leasable area on a 6.66-acre lot with excellent frontage along a heavily travelled retail corridor at Exit 24 on Interstate 91.
