June 10, 2020 – Zack Smith of Horvath & Tremblay has successfully completed the sale of Bojangles’ in La Follette, Tennessee.  Horvath & Tremblay procured the buyer, to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1,951,220.

Bojangles’ is located at 2134 Jacksboro Pike in La Follette, Tennessee. The stand-alone building consists of 3,717 square feet and sits on a 1.51 acre lot, and benefits from a drive-thru.  Bojangles’ has approximately 18 years remaining on a long-term, absolute triple net (NNN) lease.   The lease calls for 7.5% rent increases every five (5) years throughout the base term and option periods.  The property is well located on the primary commercial corridor within the market and across from a Food City grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center.
